Most office quotes only show you the base rent. Use this checklist to see everything that goes into the effective cost of an office — so you can ask the right questions of any landlord you talk to.

Book one as needed. Larger teams get proportionally more access to meeting rooms, private conference areas, and event space — so as you grow, the shared facilities scale with you.
